how do the google +1 bumped.?

hi,i am raha and mamber of seoclerks. i all time bumped in seo clerks.i know that face book and twitter followers is bumped.but i don't know google+1 bumped. so how do the google+ bumped. it is my question.it is very importent question is my site.. give me the right answer.thanks

Instructions are provided for this on the Social Bump page. Click the Google +1 button to share the URL, then put your Google + ID into the input field and hit submit.

You can find some freelancer from seoclerk then bumped your google plus easily.

you can fill the google id in the setting portion of seoclerks. here put google id and you can find your google+ bumped.
you can also have more followers on google+. thanks
