What is the best anchor text in backlinks for SEO for my site?

I don't have good experience in SEO.Recently I have started to optimize a site.I have heard that the anchor text is important for my site ranking.Is that true that when I link to my site I have to use keyword in my anchor text?How many times?Should I use only my main keywords or to change it?

You should choose a couple of keywords, that you can use in the anchor text. Use it random, so you don´t get to many backlinks with same anchor

if you want free traffic,you can do SEO,social media marketing,video marketing,or traffic exchange,but free traffic takes time,if you want to get fast,targeted traffic,you can always us paid traffic which is PPC,PPV,Media buy

You can use unlimited keywords, try to put in the most sought after and used on search engines lately and to keep them constantly updated to ensure visitors also recommend inserting them relevant to the topic of your site!

Use keyword search. Make more backlinks. High PR backlinks are good to get good rank and to get good result in search engines like GOOGLE, YAHOO, BING etc. Moreover you need do follow backlink.
