is there any chance my level go down when rating go down?

is there any chance my level go down when rating go down?
my rating is 97%. i was thinking that if i get promoted then SEO will assign me level two the basis of my current rating. but if my rating go down then what happend?
my level automatically go down or what?

Hi weexplore,

A requirement for both Level 2 and 3 is to have a rating above 90%, if your rating falls below this you will no longer meet the requirements for the User Level and within 20 minutes will reutrn to Level 1.

When your rating goes above 90% again you will Levle up.
