    Why are my ask question and answers down?

    I have completed the discussion do FAQ as much as 20 to qualify for a level 2 seller, but sometime my question and answer are down. What influence it and how to be stable?

    We actively monitor the FAQ section and delete any questions that are not really questions, improperly formatted (such as this question although I've fixed it for you), spam, etc. This will cause your content numbers to decrease if any of your posts are deleted.
