    Can cancelling a service affect user level?

    I'm starting to get fed up with some of the buyers on here. For instance, i've spent the whole of today trying to explain to a foreign women about anchor text and backlinks.

    My gig was ordered, the report was provided and the links were all there.

    but i keep getting the same annoying response "the links aren't there" If she cancels the gig because she doesn't understand how anchor text works, i lose my money and she still gets the links.

    I would rather just reject a gig or refund the money to people that don't understand SEO!

    If you mutually cancel the gig it will not effect your levels and money will be refunded to buyer

    It would definitely affect you if its not mutual ,so the buyer must be informed before cancelling
