Actually what it's your question about ? Penguin is Google's latest algorithm update. I don't think is bad for searchers but it's bad for marketers.

This is not a fair question? May be you are just trying to fill all the faq. Any way. Google penguin is not bad for searchers or small businesses. It becomes violent on the one who doesn't care about the seo.according to Google penguin algorithm it needs unique content. I guess there is a problem with the question here because from what I know Penguin is the name of a Google update on its algorithm and no one knows exactly what the update is all about because the algorithm is a secret. Now I wonder why the question is pointing to Penguin and to the small businesses. I don’t see the connection but somehow the question is a negative for the searchers.
