What are PR Dofollow links?

hi,
i've been seeing alot of dofollow links and have tried to understand it but with no success. So what are PR dofollow links and how do people make them? Are they safe and what is the profit of it? How fast will you see the outcome or gain?

do follow backlink is defined with rel='dofollow' attribute or it is without any "rel" attribution then it is known as dofollow backlink. Dofollow backlinks are the need of every blogger because it helps a lot to the linked blog/site. Actually, when the search engine's crawler comes to the webpage for crawling and when it finds any dofollow link then it land on that page and also crawl that. That's why we're recommending you to boost your dofollow backlinks but slowly slowly not like a spammer.

When Google Search engine crawler crawl the whole content of a blog. Whenever it find a link in a post (if that link is a “do follow” backlink) then the crawler follow that link and land on webpage of that link. If that link is a “no follow” link, then the crawler will not follow that link and don’t land on webpage of that link.

High pr links means High Page Rank. These sites are recognized by Google search engine as popular sites. If you get backlinks to your website through these sites. There is a higher chance that you will get more traffic.
