    How to get youtube ranking?

    Hi,
    I have uploaded some new videos on youtube.The videos are relevant to my niche. I have never use youtube before to drive traffic. Please help. How can I get my video good ranking youtube to get maximum organic views. Is there any tricks? Does getting too many views will increase my ranking or youtube likes can help for it. Please answer it clearly so that it can be helpful for many others.

    When the new policy of Adsense was implemented in Youtube, we resorted to changing the keyword tags of our videos in order to gain more viewers and subscribers. However, it is more effective when you promote your video in social media or in any other site especially when your video is interesting and relevant to the readers.
