How can I Change the Negative Feedbacks?

Is it possible to change a negative feedback which I get from my client.

If yes, how to do that?

There is no way you can remove it by yourself.
The only way could be to contact support, and ask them politely to remove it, but only if you think you got the negative feedback from the buyer unrightfully.

if the buyer left the feedback by accident, or if you resolved the problem that the buyer gave negative feedback as a result, you can file a ticket and get it reversed
