    Does 1-2 negative reviews decrease the sales rate?

    I want to know if in any case I get 1-2 negative reviews. Is that get my sales rate down....

    Not exactly! Sometimes it could be happen but not every times. It is depend on buyer feedback opinion. Moreover, Every buyer not buying service only after looking positive or negative review. Most of the time buyer getting service from his exact expectation though feedback was there or not.

    If you have too much of negative rep, yes. Otherwise having 1-3 negative with 100 positive, you should be fine. Honestly its just a matter of time that you bump on a really tricky / grumpy buyer, that might find some flaw in your service, that doesn't even exist maybe, there will always be people like that. You should just try to deliver always on time when you can, when you cant, tell them why you cant, if something happened that didnt let you finish on time. Always be nice to your buyers, try to overdeliver, etc. This will not only make your chances for negative reputation smaller, but will also maybe bring you some more orders from them. Communication is everything.

    yes if your service well you get 100% rate that's also real not every clint take good rate.

    Yes it can make you decrease your sales because buyer find 100% positive seller. But you can contact your buyer for remove nagative ratings. Thanks

    yes just be simple follow the rule.allways tring to over deliver and be polite with your buyer. If you cannot take your job in time. Just said him/her that please wait for some time for being that problem.we khow that all buyer was not same. But we are same for all buyer.
