    I dunno, I didn't read it. LOL

    Does it even affect site owners? I thought it was for the end users of Google's apps like gmail and google docs (for example). It better protects their privacy.

    First off, have you been reading the privacy policy of Google? If no then you have to read it first before you ask how it can affect us. I know of only very few people who read the privacy policy of big sites like Google and Yahoo because most of the users like me are trusting when it comes to the privacy policy. They are like taken from templates that we can consider standard so there is nothing much to learn.
