Where on the site can we find web developers?

Im looking for someone who knows how to make sites along with e-merchant checkouts through paypal and other automated services involving music and mp3's for sale and downloading. Where can i find a developer on seo clerks?

In seoclerks you could find web developers but still i do really like hack forums it has talented people and they're really active and if you ordered something they can do the work on the same day or so.

Please search on google for Hack Forums and you'll find programming category out there.
