    You can get pagerank very quickly by building links to your site.  The links pass page rank to your site.  However if you are speaking of getting page rank to show in the google toolbar or through other page rank checking methods, they only update that number a few times a year.  So build the links and the next time they update you will get visible PR.

    You must purchase some good pr links as Edu, Gov, Wiki  and creat web 2.0 links.
    And make sure the seller do ping the links to so many Sites as possible for better and faster links indexer.

    Get backlinks from pagerank 7 - 8 - 9 sites check PR manual many sites got lowered there PR since last Panda Update including seomoz before they where PR8 they are lowered to PR7 now
