Your best bet is to search google for seo tutorials, or join a seo forums. You will find lots of them. Also I suggest you checking out SEO tutorials on Lynda, they have nice video tutorials, there are also quite a few free of them.

There are now tons of information and tutorials about SEO over the internet. If you want to learn fast SEO then you should try searching it in youtube. Video tutorials are great way of learning fast. But do not limit only there, there are many sites and forums to discuss it and even Google has a page for SEO. Do review it and i am sure you will have lots of ideas.

My suggestion is for you to search the internet on the basics of SEO. You can also roam around this site and see the discussions about it. When I first came to this site last year, I have zero knowledge on SEO and I was even scared to click on such topics. All I was looking at are the discussions about forums. But as time went by, I began to check on the SEO discussions little by little until I learned of its meaning and purposes.
