    At first you login your WordPress and change theme.it is easy without purchasing domain and hosting.

    Log in to your wordpress control panel then click in appearance, then themes, ?Then click the Install Themes tab, ?Then click upload and select the theme you want to install and upload
    You need to have a theme in a zip file to upload.

    Go to your wordpress dashboard. Look for appreance and on the side bar you will see theme option. Click it. You will now see various themes. Choose a theme and preview it. It you like what you see, apply on your site.
    You can also directly upload theme on your site. Go to theme, you can see add option. Browse the theme on your computer, upload and then click activate.
