Hey,
Most of (or even all) social media exchange sites has an option for website hits.
You gain coins/points by following, subscribing other people etc.
When you've collected coins/points you can offer them to others by entering your own website url.

The result of this will be "free visitors" for you site, because every visitor earn coins/points for visiting your site.

If traffic is your primary concern and you don't care about traffic conversion, you can try traffic exchange sites. The one that I can recommend is HitLeap. When you say free website traffic, I am assuming that you don’t want to spend for it so you will have to exert the effort and time for that. Promoting your website in social media is one good way of getting free traffic because all you need to do is to post the link of your website on your Facebook timeline or tweet it. However, it’s easier said than done for you need to be creative in your marketing approach. You cannot just post it like that. There should be substance in your tweet or in your post so the website link becomes relevant otherwise it will be nothing.
