    I don't think there is a particular best backlinks method. You can use posting and comments on do-follow links nand also social media . You can also use backlinkng softwares like ultimate builder, backlinks booster etc.

    My suggestion for a quality backlink is to post in popular website like a trending blog or a well known forum. Of course, you have to select the article or the discussion where you will post the comment. That backlink included in your comment is considered high quality backlink mainly due to the big number of readers in those sites. I think that is one good strategy for spreading backlinks instead of posting your backlinks in just any site that you see.
