    A lots of people use social exchange site for service. i want to know is this safe.

    This honestly depends on the site you're using. Alot of people create fake accounts to get other accounts "real" likes/followers/etc. Depending on whom you ask, no it's not safe, and yes it is. So use caution whenever you use them. 

    Their ethnics say you must not unfollow/unlike/etc, but hardly anyone follows them.

    Only use social exchange for high counts, getting real likes/followers is very slim, and about 80% of all users there either use bots, use fake accounts, or unfollow/unlike/etc.

    thanks for your important suggestion. i didn't use it but for my website i want to use the website traffic section will it be wise to use that as i don't know that much about seo.

    Using Google Adsense, and traffic exchangers are not good.. Google will suspend your Adsense account. IMDb will remove your page. This also goes for Youtube videos within traffic exchangers too. As for SEO, some say it helps, some say it doesn't help. Just try to either cloak refer, change refer, or just simply don't use them, and be 100% safe.

    There both fake and real accounts available...so you can still get some real. Also, they are low quality.

    Im not sure is it safe to use for website hits if you use adsense, but for everything else i've never had any problems
