    Subscribers is the best way if you have 100 subscribers and you post a video they will be the first to see it. It will be on their YouTube homepage when they log on. When they watch it, if they like it, and they may favorite it and they may even post the link on their facebook/twitter.

    Social Networking is key to YouTube success. Once you have a bit of a viewer base and maybe around a consistent 500 views a video you need to make a Facebook "Like" page for your channel and a Twitter for connecting with fans.

    I think you need great videos and rank them so that they will have lots of views. There are some great wso on how to rank a youtube video just search them on blackhat forums. Also share them on facebook, twitter. There also some services here about sharing on facebook with million fans.

    yes if you  Google looks at the title of the video first, so think of that as your keyword or search phrase. It looks at the tags for the video second.
