How to get promoted to level 3

Currently iam a level 2 seller and i have completed all the necessary steps to get promoted to level 3 i.e

#Completed 25 orders on time.
#My first sale is about 2 months+
#Login daily

So why iam not getting promoted to level 3

just complete all criteria of 3rd level and you promote automatically to level three....

Level 3 sellers really like money.. and have great services that command respect. This is the highest automatic reachable user level.

Requirements
Completed 25 Orders on time
Have a 90% rating or higher
Answered or asked 50 SEO Questions in the FAQ
Have no Infractions (follow the rules)
Login Very Often (once per 7 days)
First Completed Sale is at least 60 days old
