    If you have quality backlinks your search engine position will substantially increase. It is more important to use few quality backlinks that poor quality numerous backlinks.
    One of the ways to generate quality backlinks is by developing unite and original contents. If you have quality contents, you will get organic backlinks.

    I have come across several discussions where edu and gov were mentioned for high quality backlinks. That one is not easy to understand because I don’t know what to post in such sites. But maybe for the gov site, can it be a question like an inquiry? Anyway, I would prefer posting on popular blogs and forum because that’s what I am familiar with.
