For level 1 users, the clearing of the funds takes 9 days upon order completion. So when the buyer already accepted your order, then you must wait 9 days until you will be able to withdraw your money. Hope that helps.

For level 1 users, the funds to be cleared takes 9 days once u complete the order. but you have to wait till the buyer accept the order complete.
