white hat is legal and take time on the other hand black hat in illegal and cannot take time it is the atificial seo

Unnatural method to get fast backlinks and improving site traffic or gaining traffic fastly is called as black hat method which will results in spamming and your site will be soon banned by search engines..

where as white hat means performing natural methods to get traffic.
