Well if its good quality backlink and on high PR , it will index in Google with in a week time.

i think 3 moth is google right time to page rank up and down ..

Pardon me for asking this. Is the backlink related to Google? My idea of backlink is the link of your website that you post on another website. For example you have posted a comment on a blog and included with the comment is the link of your website. When someone reads that comment and clicks on the backlink then your website gets traffic. So what has Google got to do with that backlink?
