I would like to know about Total Revenue "VALUE" that displays

Hi Friends,
I would like to know about the Total Revenue "VALUE" that shows on our Manage Services Page.

Here is a screenshot of that page.

My question is, the value it shows, is it after the 20% SC's cut?

No. It's your total sale amount, that means with 20% SC.

Your balance after the 20% SC can be found here with details.

Hi Haas,
Thanks for your prompt reply.

Noted, but the revenue page doesn't show the total earnings I made, right? I mean, there are sections on that page where we can see Available Balance, Already Withdrawn, Upcoming Payments, Awaiting Clearance, etc but there is NO total earning section.

The reason for the above post is that I wanted to be clear about the SC's 20% cut before I contact the support with my real issue.

In that case, (correct me, if I get wrong) you can subtract 20% from your total revenue and compare the rest with the summation of available,withdrawn,awaiting & upcoming balance. Let me know if it work.

I will reply to you here with an accurate answer after I figure it out.

My case is a little different as of now, maybe I'm missing something or the issue is genuine because of something else which I don't know.
