Total Balance 65.80 but only $56.80 Availble to withdraw?

I have about 65.80 in balance and I want to withdraw them but available funds are $56 only ! All the orders are even completed on time I have already withdrawed some amount weeks ago but now I want to withdraw all amount . Does any one know anything about this issue ?

Only funds that have been earned through the sale of your own Services can be withdrawn from SEOClerks. Funds acquired in any other way are available for purchases within SEOClerks.

I haven't earned funds in any other way . I have completed each and every order and also haven't used any other things as affiliate sales or sale from WTB . all are from my services .

If you're looking for more specific infomraiton please create a ticket over at the helpdesk: http://helpdesk.ionicware.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit

It's not possible for a part of your balance to become unwithdrawable without it being moved to that balance in some way. Often it would be order cancellations.

As the balance is availed through your service, you should get them. But if you use your money for shopping and canceled your shopping, then the amount will rest only for shopping.
