I think any site that deals with spam, google considers bad. Google loves blogger as you know and sharing on the google plus sites is a positive but I would stay away from spam sites.

Are you sure you want to delete this post?

Search Google for links to that site. If there are none, chances are the site has been banned. In the Google search engine, type:

site: URL
If no results are found, it's not a good idea to link to that site, as it is probably considered a bad neighborhood.

I don’t exactly know what a bad neighborhood is according to the parameters of Google but my choice would be pornographic sites, gambling sites, and other illegal sites. If your website will be cross linked to those sites then it can probably tagged that it belongs to a bad neighborhood and probably suspension for the inclusion to the search list will follow.
