How to Get In Touch with Affiliates?

Hello
I joined SEO Clerk 2 months back as a seller and enjoying it thoroughly
I am curious how can I get more affiliates to promote my offers?
I know increasing the affiliate commission will make it more attractive for affiliates - that's alright.
But what I am specifically asking is how to put my services infront of the affiliates? How can I contact them and how do I know who are the affiliates?
That part is totally unclear and any advice would be helpful
