What are the best affiliate programs that allow subaffiliates?

Are there any good affiliate programs that allow recruiting of subaffiliates, or those people in the downline who would earn money for me?

I don't know about marketplaces but most earning sites have this kind of program in place where one's referral earns money for the initial referrer. If one join most earning sites then down lines can help one make money.
