It might take a while especially if your site is new. Build up some content and backlinks if you have done so already. Some people say it takes Bing a while to find and index their website and pages. Others say not too long. You should add your sitemap to Bing webmaster tools account, and check the reports.

It takes longer to get indexed on bing than google. The main differentiating factor here is the domain age. It matters more to bing than google

When it comes to indexing of the website by a search engine, I have read many times that it takes time and there is no fixed time frame for that. All you can do is to just wait and check once in a while by searching for you niche or maybe search your website directly by that search engine so you will see if it will appear in the search list or not. When it comes to search engines, patience is always required.
