    Welcome to the party Mr Qasim, am glad to see you onboard. however I would like you to remember that getting clients will depend entirely on how you market yourself and getting as much customer feedback as you can. There is nothing terrible about this website, you need not have fear about anything. it is a legit platform that has been in the business for nearly a decade now and therefore trustworthy or should i say "helpful" as your own words put it. I can't wait to see the name you are gonna make out of yourself.

    You go to your "profile Settings," then under "communications" menu make sure the button with the phrase. "Receive email for Jobs with similar skills" is checked.
    If you already have this in place then you simply wait, you will always receive a notification whenever someone posts a job that is within your field of expertise. and also based on your keywords. Once the job is posted freelancers can start bidding. Anyways you don't have to bid all the time in order to get any work, if your service is high profile enough and has tons of positive customer reviews, buyers will simply run into your service when they are doing a custom keyword targeted search on this platform. they will all flock to you like birds returning to roost. or bees visiting the hive.

    Another amazing feature on this community is to remember to "free boost" your services everyday so that it can appear on the front page and visitors will be able to see it clearly, I bet you know this already, You can also feature your service for a monthly fee if you want to permanently stay on the home page, if that happens to be way beyond your budget you can always do category feature or simply highlight your service, its all about self marketing and building a lot of positive customer feedback.
