Can I use metatags to rank my website?

No mate they aren't looked at by Google in a long time now. Google does not use information in the keywords meta tag or the description meta tag to actually rank pages, but it does use the meta description text to create search snippets. Sometimes.

I want my website in first page of search in Google!

So start doing SEO on it then..

Hope you are well.
Everybody wants to rank his website on first page at Google.
You will do that also.
Your website content should need to be 100% unique.
Than you need to start doing white hat SEO related works.
Those are easy. Take the help of some SEO related tools
Try to identify your website position on search engines and alexa.
After that select some keywords for your website and start making works with those.

It's an unique and most searchable question in google.
My points are below:
1. At first you have to find/select some keyword for your website.
2. start seo and smm both for ranking.
3. SEO : Must follow white hat seo, doing back linking in best seo related sites ex: bookmarking, web2.0,PBN,submission,edu/gov,forum,wiki etc.
4. SMM: Use social signals for ranking. It will bring huge live traffic for your site.
I think if you follow this, you will must changes in your ranking.
