You have to collect minutes (Time) by viewing others websites. And you can use those minutes (Time) to get traffic to your website. If you purchase a premium account you can get traffic from google, facebook, twitter, etc...

I heard a lot of good reviews about hitleap while i never used it. But i used EasyHits4U which having very large number of members and daily users and i had very good experience with them.

Traffup is good it is a manual traffic exchange. Autosurf is horrible because people can walk away and never see your promo. Use manual for better results!

I have never used hitleap or EasyHits4U, however, I have heard good reviews about these traffic exchange sites. I have used Traffic Monsoon in the past. I don't know how its like these days, however, when I was a member there I really liked Traffic Monsoon.
By the way using traffic exchange to drive traffic to your website is not appreciated by search engines and ad networks. You should stay away from traffic exchange sites.
