Where is "Pay using Account Balance" in the old or new theme

Hi,
I have money in my account. I am trying to order but I do not see the option
"Pay using account balance" anywhere either in the old theme or the new theme.
So how do I order using my existing balance?

You will have to first click on order then it will provide options or means by which you want to pay the payment, then you will choose.
If you are still having problems with it, let me know.

I have been using this platform for the past 3 years and I know how to place orders. In the new theme, that option does not show up at all. In the old version, it shows up but if I choose extras then it disappears from screen. So I am not able to place order using my account balance. I hope this issue will be looked into immediately.

Hmmm it should show on that page, now sure why it didn't for you. Maybe reload the page and see if it shows up?

If you can't figure it out, you can always open a support ticket and get a programmer to look at the problem.
