    I think the OP wants to ask about Google Adword Credits. You can get free credits from Google Adwords by spending money on Adword Ad campaign, however, this offer is not always available. Currently Adword is offering free credit for the advertisers who spend money on ad campaigns. You can get $150 Adword credits of you spend $150 in Adword Ads.
