Two good tools for checking universal SERPs in general are Authority Labs and Advanced Web Ranking - I think both roll in local ranking checking with their software

Google Trends is able to tell you the search volume for keywords you set. Then it will show you other related keywords and their volume as well. What's really cool about this is that it shows you from which countries the search was done.
