Not hard at all.
Other search engines such as Bing and Yahoo actually have much less strict guidelines for SEO than Google has, there-fore, it is much easier to get ranked in the top spots.

Yes Maybe Its Easy To Get Higher Rank In Bing And Yahoo Then Google, But Google Is Much Precious These Days..!

Based on my learning in this site about search engines, all of them have their own algorithm to follow and those algorithm are different but not so different at all. In other words, what rank you get from Google may almost be the same of the rank that you get in other search engines. But remember that SEO is not an exact science so we have to be doing all what we know to achieve what we want with the search engine ranking.
