Many people have hobbies and not many of them will set up and website around that hobby in order to make some money from it. For this reason, a lot of hobby related niches are fairly easy to rank in. It doesn't matter if you like to crochet, build model cars and planes, widdle wood, or try different types of beer. If you have a hobby, you can likely make some money from it even if you're not selling anything.
There are thousands of hobbies out there, and more being discovered every day because it's really up to you to figure out what you like to do in your free time for fun. Some people like video games while others like to collect carpet samples, what you do in your own time is up to you lol. Turning these hobbies into a profitable business isn't the most difficult thing to do, but it is intimidating if you don't know what you're doing. Setting up a website is intimidating because people think they need to pay thousands of dollars for a custom design. Doing research on your niche to figure out specific keywords to target might not be something hobbyists think of because they aren't like us Digitial Marketers. Another thing that stops people from getting online to make money is because they always think they need to sell something in order to make a profit. This is false because there are plenty of big bloggers making millions a year by just posting quality content. Sure, it took a lot of time for them to get there, but they started in the same position you are in and dominated

Work with what you know
You need to focus on your main hobby or interest without straying too far from it. I say this because you will usually know more about what you're interested in and it will be easier to churn out a lot more content, reviews, posts, etc. If you start up a hobby website and you're not invested in it, you won't be able to post with the same amount of dedication as if you were actually doing the hobby for fun. There are plenty of people to start up a blog for their hobby and quickly become the authority because they are posting frequently and you can tell they love what they are doing.Set up a website
This is kind of an obvious thing, even though it isn't always necessary. It's not always necessary because if your hobby falls into crochet, knitting, creating anything really, you can make accounts on many different platforms such as listingdock.com and Etsy then sell your own products to people who are interested. What you'll need to do, if you're just starting off, is set up a WordPress blog on a simple shared hosting account with NameCheap or your desired hosting company (avoid GoDaddy please lol). It's not that expensive, you can get them for around $5 a month and they will have WordPress with a simple click to install button. If you don't know how to do this, just set up your hosting account and give a freelancer here at SEOclerks your login info and they can set everything up for you for a few bucks If you want to be seen as a bigger authority right away, you will want to purchase a premium theme from ThemeForest. You can upload this in your "Appearance" tab and it will go live pretty quick. Again, if you don't know what you're doing, a freelancer can upload and configure all of this for you.After you're all set up, all you have to do is post your content and add some nice images to each post. Eventually, you will start to rank higher than your competition and get a decent amount of traffic Figure out your main and long-tailed keywords
When you're writing up your content, you're going to be posting about something specific usually, and that means you're targeting a keyword. Keywords can be short or long and the longer ones are usually what you should target, but with smaller niches, you can target your main ones and see a decent amount of rank increase in a short amount of time.

I would recommend two different blogs since drawing and cooking are vastly different. If you were into drawing and painting, those two could likely work on the same blog, but cooking and drawing will target different types of people so you should set up two different websites for them.
