    The benefit in outsorcing is simply you can buy services /products much cheaper and sometimes even higher quality from low wage countryes
    For ex why buy a service from us for 1000s of $ when you can get the same service from India for 100$

    I think in such case you should not outsource. However if the outsourcing saves you time and money, then you should go for it. And that seems to be the way for many people to improve their earnings. They are saving on the cost which usually employees take the most out of them. In that case you can see that you outsourcing definitely helps as well.

    I have however found out that financial stability is much harder to achieve if you are not outsourcing. And in order to get most out of the financial stability it's reasonable for the people to outsource. So go ahead and take risk in that.

    outsourcing helps one complete task on time and helps run a business effectively instead of keeping a client waiting because you might not be around for a job or you're busy,you can give it out and get the job still done without you missing deadlines.

    Outsourcing can be used for multii tasking as well. It depends on which company or person is doing it. More people outsourced the more tasks can be done. So it depends on the quality of those tasks done. I think I have worked under some of such jobs. But the thing is that those being low paid, you'd have to wait and see how that one goes in that case as well. So if you can get those things around the multi tasking in outsourcing is possible.

    Outsourcing is simply having people to do those works for you. It does not matter how much that it is going to cost to have those works done. The time it must have taken you to get the work done might be put to doing other things at the office you work for.

    Maybe outsourcing is getting popular because it saves the client money in the long run. I work in a big bank and we are considering outsourcing some units that would entail removing a hundred employees in favor or outsourced agents. The cost computation yielded big figures that will be saved from the benefits of long term employees. That is like saying that the longer the employee stays in the company, the bigger the expenses is on the part of the company.
