How to make the perfect SEOclerks service page

I've recently started my own writing service here on and noticed that a lot of the service providers have not invested much time into their service pages. I'm sure they have a great service, but the lack of effort put into the actual service page is going to turn people away because they will think that you will invest just as much effort into their work. If you can't invest a few minutes into writing up a nice looking service and structuring it well for people to get through easily, you're not going to be seen as a good service provider (regardless if you're good or not).

When it comes to making a decent amount of sales here on SEOclerks, or any other platform you're posting your services, you will need to invest time into how they look and read if you want to make good money. Think of your service page as a sort of business card, the better it looks and more professional it sounds, the more likely someone will contact you for some work and keep coming back.

How to make a perfect service page
Your Main Image
When it comes to getting clicks to your service page, it all starts with your thumbnail image. Now you don't have to go all out and make it super detailed because in the end it will get reduced in size and be shown as a thumbnail, which is a smaller version of your big service image that will show on your actual service page.

What I did was add some text that can easily be read whether it's a large image or a thumbnail and I also added some additional text under it for when people click through. They get a little additional information from my image after they click through and then they continue reading my service description.

The size and placement of the image is up to you, but you need to remember that people are visual learners for the most part, so a bigger image is usually better. I added a large 800x800 image which got reduced on the service page so it fits well, then I centered it on the page so it's the first thing people see. They see a nice image with some creative writing on it, and then they move on to the rest of the service description. If you can't make your image close the sale, you'll need to keep remaking it in order to do just that. After you've mastered this, your description will be the cherry on top of the service that makes people buy more of your add ons.

Your Content
Now this is where 90% of the services on SEOclerks fails. Your description needs to be informative and written in a way that will close a sale. I know I said your main image should close the sale, but if you haven't mastered that yet, you will need to close the sale with your content.

Not everyone will just buy from you because you offer an SEO service, there are literally thousands of services here on SEOclerks that will be your competitor. For this reason, you need to have your description written in a way that makes people want to throw money at you lol.

Be descriptive in what you do, but don't be boring. You can't go into every little detail of what your SEO service, web design service, article writing service, etc. covers because you will lose people before they get to the end of the page (you don't want that). You need to close the sale within the first 8 seconds of someone reading your service, this is the same with writing content for your money site. Tell them why they need your services and why you're better than the rest, if you did it right, you'll have more people contacting you for work

Examples of Your Work
I haven't seen many people post examples of their work for some reason. The few times I have seen people post examples of work are when I'm going to my logo designers service to have something done and I see all the images posted on his service thread. He knocked it out of the park by adding all of his higher paying customers logos to his sales thread because they look amazing and they seal the deal before the client ever contacts him.

Testimonials and Reviews
Now this is a biggie, and I can't add it just yet because I don't have many sales right now through SEOclerks. If you've been doing a lot of sales, you most definitely have some testimonials written up already from your previous clients. They will show up on your sales page at the bottom for everyone to see.

What you need to do is screenshot the testimonials and turn them into an image. After you do this you can then post them onto the service description for people to see. If you have a lot of reviews/testimonials already, you are able to cherry pick the ones you want to show to all of your potential clients since these are the ones that will help you convert someone into a loyal client over time

In Conclusion:
It will take some time to write up and configure the perfect service page, but if you do it right, it will sell your services for you and you won't have dozens of people asking too many questions. Over time you will notice that people will just come to you and purchase without having to do any follow up questions. They will trust your work based on all the positive reviews and testimonials you're showing, which is always a good thing

So get to work on those service pages and make some more money. Remember, you only have to get it right once and the service page will do the rest of the work for you (besides the actual work you have to do for clients who purchase from you or course).

Those are some good tips for people who are selling the writing services here. I am sure that anyone who is into copy writing and content writing would appreciate the tips. As those tips are going to help them stand out from other competitions. So this definitely sounds like a good option for anyone who want to work on the products. I am surely going to try some of the tips mentioned and hopefully that may help me as well.

I have listed my writing services on SEO Clerks. I have received more than 400 views since I created this service about a month ago. I even received a query, however, I have not my service yet.
After reading this post, I understood the mistakes I have done. I am using my book cover for the writing service. The book cover does not look readable on a thumbnail image.
My description does not say much about who I am and what kind of work I do, or what kind of product I deliver.
I have not shared my relevant works.
I will have to rework on my listing.

I have seen your service page. That's quite impressive I must say. There are many good reviews on there. I wish you continued success on SEOclerks. You have provided some good tips on this thread about how to make your page look unique. This will definitely help many of us. I think the two most important things are your content and reviews. This is what people will actually be looking for.
