Can Owning Your OWN Traffic Exchange & Social Exchange be beneficial

Well I just want to say I do own such a website and I got the script for my website not long ago and I must say I am starting to achieve my goals at long last. If anyone as ever thought about making or creating a traffic or social exchange site then I think you can actually benefit from it depending in what you want to gain from it.

Like me I own a number of websites out there and owning a traffic and social site benefits me because when your the admin you are in control of your website say you need to make your blogs popular and so on . Well sites like traffic exchanges where you sign up and lets you surf other members pages to earn free credits which there for allows you to get traffic to your website. But if you own the traffic website and need other visits to your other sites then you don't need to surf any endless amount of sites to earn you can just add your website and assign as many credits as you wish.

Now not sure if this discussion will help anyone but just thought I would share my success with you all. As for my website doing well my main site that is I am starting to produce sales as well as new members daily with my alexa ranking coming near to 700,000 and getting better each day it did start on 2 mill but lowered pretty fast which am pleased with.

and sure it can be very beneficial for all members and specially for these with access to admin panel, as you are in control of many things but also in making money by selling different things on that website.

Owning any kind of website can be profitable if the way you run that website is done so in such a way so that it will be. With traffic exchanges, you can sell credits and things which people would have to earn if they wanted them to be used on their own site. But a lot of people are lazy and don't want to earn them so they just buy them instead lol. This is how sites like traffic exchanges and social exchanges (Addmefast etc) make their money. That and through selling or placing ads on the site as well. But it's a numbers game, ie; the more numbers/users/people you have using the site, the more chances there are of you making more money with it. I don't know how popular traffic exchanges are these days. I know they still exist and people still use them. Although personally myself I haven't touched one in about 15 years now. When I was using them, I had a blog that reviewed them, and I'd link to a landing page with banners to traffic exchanges on them, that would get me a lot of referrals since most of the people using that traffic exchange wanted to get more traffic so would sign up through my banners and that. But while I was earning a lot of credits through the referrals I was getting and had basically unlimited traffic to my site, I still wasn't earning anything with them.

You aren't allowed to use traffic exchanges with Adsense so have to find other ways to earn from them. But that's as a user. The real money is, as said, when you are the admin/owner of a popular traffic exchange and selling credits to your users.

Finally someone said it in plain language. "You aren't allowed to use traffic exchanges with Adsense ...". OK. Just wanted to get that clear in my head before I tried them. Thank you.

Well, traffic is essential for all websites and always will be. I think one of the best benefits your traffic/social exchange will be knowing you are helping other webmasters. We need to help each other get traffic and hopefully permanent traffic through these various exchanges.

I have used a similar thing back in the days to promote my music. There was a really nice service which allowed you to gain comments, listens and such. You would have to listen to someones track, leave a nice and genuine comment, nothing short, they really worked hard to keep user comments as genuine as possible so nobody can just run through the music and abuse the system. You would listen to the track than type a thoughtful comment and earn credits so somebody can do the same for you. If you had traffic exchange site that worked like this, it would be a big help to many bloggers. I haven't really been blogging a lot, so I do not know much about it though, maybe there is something similar for blogs as well.

I think this business can be beneficial. Despite the fact that Google and Adsense do not like traffic exchange, thousands of people are driving traffic to theri website through traffic exchange program. I have been a part for traffic exchange sites for some time, on a particular site, there were almost one million users. However to make your traffic exchange site survive you need members and have come reward program for members.

Google is mostly in control of the search engine algorithm and it hates any form of exchange services which they see exchange as a fake and treat.

And I have heard before that these exchange services cannot help for your page ranking of your site so I don't think traffic exchange will be good for site owners.

But for the social exchange services, I think you can exchange the likes ,followers and blog comments in a moderate manners so that the exchanges will not be easily detected by Google ,then it could be fine in my opinion.

I think that owning your own traffic site is genius. If you handle the site right, I think hat it could be very beneficial to you and your business. A lot of people are looking for traffic and social exchange sites, purely because of the fact that it's a free way to help your business. Owning a traffic exchange site will definitely give you the edge when it comes to promoting your site. As you said it, you have the control so you can alter the direction and give your site the advantage over the others. However I know that there is a cost involved in running a traffic exchange site so maybe you can give us an idea if it is profitable or just an added expense.

I did not know that this was an option. I never knew that you can buy a traffic and social exchange site. If you can own this kind of s site, then this is a fantastic site. You can use this site to direct traffic to your own sites, e.g a site that you sell products or promote your affiliate links. In my opinion this is a great idea.
