For a long time, there was a misconception inside the SEO community that title tags written in caps can affect you SEO and Google may rank you differently.
Apparently, this isn't the case. Google said so and here is the confirmation:
Although there are examples of websites ranking well with all caps titles tag, I personally don't find them aesthetically pleasing enough to use them. I feel that someone is yelling me the title and no matter the subject I don't want something to be yelled at me.
Overall I think using caps in your titles it is similar to click bait titles. Might work fine for some niches and some websites, but overall, they aren't doing anyone any good.

Hmm, isn't it funny (or even sarcastic) how Gary got his message across with a capitalized NO? The guys question was fair enough, although it does seem rather ignorant too. And why would you, or should you, be penalized with a ranking penalty for putting your titles ALL IN CAPS? But I'm with Shortie on this one, when it comes to a title. I believe and feel (from a grammatical point of view) that the title should have each primary word Capitalized. It's just the way it's always been. Wayyy back before the Internet, you know, when people used to actually write books. Each chapter in that book, and each title, would be capitalized. And I think that's the way it should be for titles for anything these days, from blog titles to everything else. But that's just a preference thing, and nobody should be "punished" for not using capitalization or even for just using ALL CAPS or even all lower case. We can't get hung up on such things as this!
Although, it's a fair question to ask whether or not, using ALL CAPS in your titles can affect your rankings. Or whether CAPITALIZING some words within your content can too. Because think about it, it helps when you [b]bold words[/b] or even [u]underline words[/u] in your content to emphasise them more and give them more weight in that content. So perhaps the same can be said for CAPITALIZING words too. However, I only think that would actually help if someone was to search for those words with their CAPS lock key turned on. Because Google likes to match you with the closest matching thing so it would only help from that perspective. :)
