What are the benefits of being a Level 3?

What are some of the best reasons to become either Level 3 buyer or seller? What more can I achieve by increasing my level?

Well, all the benefits of a Level 3 account are all already listed on the User Levels page. Have you seen it? And as per what's written there, I'll quote here for you anyway.

Level 3 users are amazing users that command respect.

Requirements
SBA Completed 25 orders/purchases/affiliate Sales on time
SBA Have no infractions (follow the rules)
SBA Login very often (once per 7 days)
SBA First completed sale is at least 60 days old
SBA You must verify your physical address (only users who joined after May 6th, 2016)
SB Have a 90% rating or higher
S 72 Hour or less response time
Benefits
Payment one day after order completion
Can create instant downloads
Can create subscription services
Withdraw 30 times per 31 days
Withdraw as little as $5

So as you can see, Level 3 users are amazing users that command respect! They have some more benefits over Level 1/2 users but you must meet the essential requirements first before you can become a level 3+ users.

And it's okay! You can do it! Just look at what you need to do here and then start working towards that. There have been many others that have gone before you as Level 1 users that are now Level 3+ users. And you can too!
