Is these service really exist?
I have ordered such a service in the past for testing.
In my understanding seller should use direct URL link (not bitly or goo.gl)
also if this service is real (for example traffic from google) my site should be ranked on choosen keyword. For example I chose keyword "internet marketing los angeles", but my site is not ranked on this keyword at all.
So despite what sellers says (real genuine traffic and super quality) this is fake like "freedom of speech in Russia". Totally fake!
I wonder why such a services are tolerated here?

Like idealmike said already the buyers have their reason why they bought that kind of traffic.
And from traffic alone your site will not rank fast thats a fact.
Also the most of traffic service are very cheap and honestly what you expect for 1 or 2 or even 15$?
When you know the internetbusiness a little bit you know the prices from google to get costumers on your site or product etc...
so everyone who expect for 15 or 20$ that the traffic boost his site to the top have to go back and learn the basics about that business.:)

The reallity its simple :

Dont expect with couple bucks to change the world ... or jump on first page google or improve the ranking for some keywords.
There its one invisible war online. Day by day.
So when people want with couple bucks to buy something logical will appears scammers to sale exacly what do u want.
So when u have big expectation first must to understand what u want and how much u are ready to pay for this.
Ok its a long story...
If u want keywords search , all u must to see its appears that keywords in your google analitycs.
Appears ? Perfect. If google see that , then u will increase your position in time. Depeneds how hard its that competiton.
So when u order search keywords must to listen our advices and dont be negative.
Its ilogical to dream with one new website will appears on first page with some keywords. U cant.
Lets say u spend 100.000 euro one year to keep your position. Its fair to appears couple new websites and in couple days to down your website position ? Google wont improve the positions for that new websites just in time.With huge traffic and backlinks.
Think about on this.
Its not enough backlinks ... If just backlinks will be enought dont u think google will invent one package to sale directly backlinks and stop this ilussion ?
So more of people wont understand this industry , have one website and dream to increase the position and sales.
When u invest couple bucks , that bucks its go to scammers.
Why its so much scam services ? Because the buyers spend low money.
After u lose with on all scam services money, then u will regret ..why i wont buy one expensive service ? Its to late ...because u will leave seocleark . And u think all its scammers.

You will not get human traffic for so cheap. Remember the saying "If it seems to good to be true, then it is."
The people who make this traffic work are able to mask the origin of the traffic and make it appear human. Remember a bot or proxy is never going to buy your product. :)
