Its nothing like that... All you need is active and real twitter followers... That's all what you need to have good and constant traffic...

You cannot equate Twitter followers with the amount of traffic that you can get when you promote your site. Given a Twitter account with 1,000 followers will not assure you to get 1,000 reactions when you tweet to promote your site. More likely the number of reactions will be disappointing because we have been doing that in Facebook for our Youtube videos. With 500 active friends the video could only get about 30 to 50 views.
