    Hello,
    Outsourcing is basically when someone does the work for you, so you can spend that time doing something else instead. Outsourcing is very common online and is especially used whenever you don't have enough skill or knowledge to make something happen. In such cases you'll hire someone to do that for you. This is also common when you need something fast and you're busy with other things so you can't handle the things that needs to be done. Outsourcing is becoming more and more common online as many freelancers are extremely talented and possess such skills that others requires. It's a win-win situation.

    Outsourcing mean that instead of you doing all the seo work you hire someone to do some/ a part of the work.

    Like building a kind of backlinks or writing your article .. things like that

    It simply means passing the work that you planned doing to someone else to help you out while you pay at the end of the work. Reasons as trying to meet deadlines or not an expert in a particular field are those that can make one outsource works to other freelancers to help out.
