    As soon as you start a blog or website, you need to compile a list of all possible jobs you could outsource, along with cost estimates and list of outsourcing sites that have employees to handle your needs.

    I guess you are talking about a big website because a small website may not really need to outsource work. But you gave me an idea because I have a plan of creating my own blog and what’s holding me is the lack of time because I have a full time job in the office. Maybe I can write a blog or 2 and the rest can be done by the outsource. However I still want to be writing my own blog because I cannot imagine to have a co-blogger.

    You should start outsourcing when you can see good amount of Revenue in that just for Small amount its not much effective to take so much headache !
