Anonymous Web Hosting? - Do or don't?

Hey guys,
I recently found out about this one: anonymously.io

A few questions that comes to mind are these:

Why would you want to use something like this in the first place?
Would you ever consider to use something like this as a freelancer?

To me, it seems like anyone using these, would have a good reason to do it if they did illegal things, but that's about it. I can't come up with a good reason for using this if you're doing everything legally. Can you?

So my questions are:

Have you heard about it?
Have you ever used it?
Would you consider to use it?

Cool find Andre. There's lots of reasons for using anonymous hosting though. It doesn't have to mean the only reason for using it would be to host an illegal website. Let's say, a person wants to start a website that sells something embarrassing like sex toys or something. Or even for running a blog that blogs about something very highly embarrassing but they don't want people to find out who they actually are.

Or let's say, they want to talk about highly controversial subjects such as whistle blowers, Edward Snowden type of people. Or someone that wanted to talk about some government conspiracy theory such as chemtrails or Stuxnex for example. But without the fear and worry of being "silenced" for what they are talking about.

Have you heard about it?

Not personally myself no as I have no need for it. I've never come across a need for anonymous hosting.

Have you ever used it?

No as because of my first answer.

Would you consider to use it?

If I needed to start a website where I didn't want people to find out who was behind it. Well, I would probably use Domain Privacy option on that domain but that's not foolproof anyway. But I'm not sure I ever will have a reason to use anonymous hosting.
