How to get reddit upvotes to appear in 1st Page of reddit

Hi,

I have seen that most of the stories got many upvotes and tend to appear on 1st page of reddit; so let me know how can a normal web page can get upvotes and list on 1st page.

Well, I think you answered your own question. You need upvotes and the only way you can get upvotes is to give people a reason to vote you up, that means good quality content that Reddit's community agrees on.
Be careful with Reddit and its community, they love that site and can be very judgmental, they can smell advertising from a mile away so you need to be skilled in your execution.
And yes, Reddit has the ability to make a website viral in a few minutes.

First of all for getting your post in hot position you need to write a suitable Title and choose subreddits that are relavant to your site. upvote fully depends on your article. If your article is good, then surely your post remain in Hot/top position in reddit.

There is no actual trick to it aside from posting good content at the right community. Always choose your community. A small community will not get your post into the front page of Reddit. If you get 24 upvotes from a community of 80, there's simply no chance. Choose your community and make sure that your post is for that community, else they will downvote you without hesitation.
