We need click workers typing Key words for ranking

We were using a click worker firm in Pennsylvania to type in a set of keywords and then hit a clients website and then we would have them do a scavenger hunt to keep them on the site for 70 seconds tripping the Google meter. We would do this 20-40 times a day for a week or so until the sites were ranked well and occasional maintenance.

Problem is our manager passed away about three weeks ago. Were looking for a crowd manager that is familiar with this SEO tactic that can manage campaigns for us and we have LOT of them.

We are a software development firm that does not want to go through the scams. The inquiries on these key words have to be from specific cities usually. Someone we can do nation wide but we have tried several people that claim they can do this and then go and have 100 Indians Google it using VPN's. This does NOT work anymore. The inquiries have to come from actual IP addresses in the states and actual mobile phones.

What is the process for hiring a qualified person here? Give me instructions to use your website.

Oh so SERP CTR does work then! I was saying a while back (and have several times) that the CTR plays a massive, MASSIVE role in SERP ranking today. It's not necessarily the sites with the most highest authority backlinks, or social signals or any of that malarkey that ranks a site today (although it obviously does help) but it's the CTR (how many people are clicking on YOUR site in the SERPs) that actually matters. And I've been saying this for a while now. I came across a service that offered it and claimed to rank you site using nothing but an army of people who are paid/employed to search for the keywords you want to rank for and then click on your site in the SERPS. I guess a scavenger hunt would solidify the genuinity of those searchers as would naturally happen when someone searches for something online and then finds a website and clicks all through that sites different posts and pages and the like.

And I can see how Google has countered it by looking at the IP address and location and the previous search history as well. Looking to see whether or not those people have previously searched for similar items on the same day/week or not. As those that have would be deemed more genuine searchers and visitors over those that haven't. And like most things, they soon "cotton on" to it.

I'm sorry to hear about your manager passing away. My commiseration to you. However, in response to your question "What is the process for hiring a qualified person here?". There are several things you can do.

The first is to create a WTB (Want To Buy). There you can list out exactly what it is you're looking for and how much you'll pay for it. Be sure to put the keywords in the skills field. That way, anyone who has those skills will get a notification about it and then can bid on that WTB.

I wrote a guide a while back that shows How to Bid on People's WTB's and WTT's Be Hired and Get Work as a Freelancer. Which shows how to bid on someone else's WTB but will show you how it all works in case you've never used that part of the site here before.

The other thing you can do is take a look through the list of freelancers and see if there is anyone with the skills required that may be able to do the work for you. It's a bit of a long shot but you'll basically have to message them and ask them if they are up for the work.

Okay well that's basically what you need to know. Let us know if you need any more help or have anymore questions.

Best regards,

Mike.

Yes I think Mike has nailed it all, a WTB is the best way to go. I used that feature a while back and got some interesting responses and a good few that fit what I was looking for and I got my freelancer that did a great job for me.

I am so sorry to hear about your manager passing away, condolences.

Gee, this is the first time that I’ve heard of the click workers for SEO purposes. It looks like a good trick to me that the clicking of the keywords for a particular website can increase the search engine ranking of the site. It might probably be a good service but my question is the legitimacy of that work. Is the site safe from any sanctions from Google because the clicking may be constituted as spamming?
